Family Law Legal Advice

Child Support / Child Maintenance
If you wish to make an application for a child maintenance / support order or for an increase, we would be able to advise you on the process. We also advice fathers (or persons ordered to pay maintenance) if they feel that they are paying too much maintenance or cannot afford the current amount.

Domestic Violence

Access to Children
It very often happens that parents cannot agree on access / visitation arrangements regarding their children after they have separated or when the relationship how soured. Many fathers and mothers do not know their rights regarding custody and access to their kids which cannot be in the child's best interest.
Should you wish to be advised on your rights and how to deal with any of your visitation or custody issues, we would be happy to assist. We would further be able to advise you on when it might be necessary to approach a court to enforce your rights.
