Constitutional Maintenance and Domestic Violence Consultancy is web based so all enquires are done via email or sms.
As bad legal advice would costs you more in the long run, we belief in providing you with the right legal advice / service and charge accordingly.
Our consultation (in person, telephonic / Skype) rates are R 500 – 00 (Five Rand) per half an hour (30 min) or for part thereof. Should a follow-up consultations or additional work be required, you would according be advised.
For legal questions received via email, a minimum charge of R 350—00 (Three Hundred and Fifty Rand) would be applicable for an uncomplicated response. Should the question be complicated and deal with a variety of issues and you require a detailed response, we would provide you beforehand with an estimate of costs.
If consultations are telephonic, we shall call you on a land line and charge an extra charge of R 60—00 or R 80 to a mobile number. No extra telephonic charge will be charged if consultations take place via Skype (VoIP) or you call us.
All services are to be paid for in advance. Once you made an appointment, or emailed a question, a form will be faxed, posted or emailed to you, included thereon our banking details and reference, to be filled in and faxed back to us with proof of payment within 24 hours. Once we receive proof of payment, your consultation with the consultant is confirmed. The same applies to follow up consultations.
All emails are responded to within 48 hours of confirmation of payment unless advised otherwise. If the service you require is urgent, other arrangements can be made.
