Constitutional Maintenance and Domestic Violence Consultancy CC (CMDVC) is a closed corporation geared and focused on providing an online / electronic services in the child support / child maintenance, and domestic violence field, as well as other family law related matters (custody / care, access / contact / visitation, parenting plans etc). We are based in the heart of the Cape Town CBD and offer our services to whosoever we can assist be it male or female, in or out of Cape Town. We focus on simple legal advice and assistance without complicating matters. All our services are provided in person, via email, telephonic or skype or even via sms.
As you would note from the articles found herein, they are all written by Advocate Muhammad Abduroaf, a family legal expert with years of experience in family law.
